About me
Having had a long and successful career in the media, I understand the pressures and demands that come with a busy life. While the work was rewarding, long hours and tight deadlines were the norm.
When we had children, my wife and I investigated natural therapies and were amazed by their power. It became clear how gentle, effective remedies could be used in everyday situations and enhance long-term health.
This led me on a journey of discovery, eventually training in several disciplines.

I believe that good health, both physical and mental is not just freedom from disease.
It’s about having the energy that you’re naturally capable of and the freedom to do what you want in life. It’s the foundation of a fulfilling, productive and joyful life.
I work from the perspective that anything is possible and things can always be better. Experience has shown me that can be true in remarkable and unexpected ways.
